The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the R4 to issue a Letter of Allotment of Land to the Petitioner, in ITIR Industrial Area, Doddaballapura & Devenahalli Taluk; ii)Pass any other such orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interests of justice and equity. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44503 WP No. 14401 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that similar issues have been dealt with by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.07.2025 in W.P. No.14416/2025 and connected matters and that similar orders could be passed in the present matter. 3. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. The application submitted by the petitioner, as approved the list DLSWCC, shall be considered for allotment of land at Adinarayana Hosahalli Phase-2, subject to fulfilment of all other requirements, since there is no land which is available for allotment at ITIR, Devanahalli General Industrial Area, Devanahalli taluk, Bangalore Rural District, where the approval of DLSWCC has been issued. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44503 WP No. 14401 of 2025 ii. The seniority of the petitioner is directed to be taken in consideration on the basis of the date on which application has been submitted. iii.
