The petitioners claim parity in view of the release of the co-accused persons vide BLAPL No.13876 of 2025. A copy of the said order is in record. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners and State, this Court is inclined to direct consideration of bail applications of the accused persons with a plea of parity with reference to the order in the BLAPL dated 3rd February, 2026. 5. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of. 6. Furthermore, the petitioners are allowed another fifteen days to surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C. (C.T.), p. 2 Talcher in connection with G.R.
