The parties have resolved this matter amicably on the terms as under: The respondent – Insurance Company shall pay an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lacs) over and above the awarded amount to the appellants/claimants as full and final satisfaction of the claim amount. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, also admits to deposit additional amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in the account of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Hazaribag within a period of one month from the date of this order and the learned Tribunal is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount in favour of the appellants / claimants on proper identification. In terms of the settlement, the instant miscellaneous appeal is disposed of. The parties are informed that the statutory amount, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
