Shri Biswajit Biswas Mr. Indrajeet Dasgupta, Mr. Guddu Singh ...for the Petitioners Mr. Phatik Chandra Das ...for the Respondent 1. Mere issue of notice in the contempt proceedings has been challenged by way of the present writ petition. 2. We find that the writ petition has been filed without there being any cause of action or without any direction being issued in the contempt proceedings, which may be assailed in a writ proceeding. 3. Considering the above circumstance, we dispose of the writ petition. 4. We reserve the liberty of the authorities to approach the court as and when required. (Madhuresh Prasad, J.)
