Today the case is listed for mediation. However, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties the matter is heard finally. 2. By way of the petitioner, the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondent authorities on the ground that the land of the petitioner was acquired for construction of road from Marvahi to Shuni, however, the road is not being constructed as per the map ASHUTOSH MISHRA Digitally signed by ASHUTOSH MISHRA Date: 2025.07.29 11:08:31 +0530 2 / 3 showing the land required for road, but the road is being constructed from the center of petitioner’s land i.e. Khasra No.74/2 and 74/1 and no compensation has been granted to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the report of the Revenue Inspector dated 27/01/2022 is Annexure P/3 which shows that the construction which is being made is different from the proposed land for construction, therefore, it is prayed that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before the SDO and the SDO may be directed to decide the same within a specified time frame. 4. Per contra, learned State counsel opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 6. In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the concerned Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such representation being filed, the said authority in turn shall decide the same within a period of 90 days from the date of filing of the representation. 8.
