Case No. 461 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 323, 341, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim. 4. From the records of the case, it has come that the victim has eloped with the petitioner and subsequently, this case has been lodged against the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Amarpur P.S.
