The petitioner preferred the instant MCC for modification of the order dated 30.07.2025 passed in WA No. 546 of 2025, on the ground that certain clerical/typographical errors occurred in the said order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of respondent No. 1 has been wrongly mentioned as M/s Shubham Minerals Private Limited instead of M/s Shubh Minerals Private Limited. 3. On due consideration, the order dated 30.07.2025 passed in WA No. 546 of 2025 is modified and respondent No. 1 be read as M/s Shubh Minerals Private Limited instead of M/s Shubham Minerals Private Limited. 4. The remaining part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5. Copy of this order be placed in the record of WA No. 546 of 2025 3 and further it be read along with the order dated 30.07.2025 passed in the said writ appeal. 6.
