Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1967 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed to the extend that the petitioner shall appear as and when required. 4.
