Case No. 56 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 105 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 21.08.2024, the co-accused Nitish Kumar is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he was standing outside the room where the prosecutrix was subjected to physical assault. 4.
