On 01.10.2024, it was directed to delete from the caption for “dismissal” and to list on 25.11.2024. Again on 25.11.2024, the order sheet reveals that the case is called twice. None appears for the parties and directed to be relisted on 29.11.2024. Again on 29.11.2024, as there was no representation on behalf of the parties, it was posted to 2nd week of January 2025. Then these matters were listed before this Court on 02.06.2025. Even on that day also there was no representation on behalf of both the parties. Hence, the matters were directed to be listed on 07.07.2025. Again on 07.07.2025 there was no representation on behalf of both the parties. Hence, the matters were directed to be listed on 22.09.2025. Hence, it was directed to be listed today under the caption for “dismissal”. 2. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of both the parties. The writ petitions of the year 2019 are not being pursued by the parties and right from the year 2024 till 2025, several times these matters are listed and in spite of giving repeated opportunities to the petitioners, they are not appearing before the Court.
