(ELEC.- II) TIRUMALA TIRUPATHI DEVASTHANAMS TIRUPATI, CHITTOOR DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of the respondents in appointing the petitioners as Assistants/ Shroffs instead of appointing as Junior Assistants on compassionate grounds in violation of the guidelines prescribed in the G.O.Ms.No.687 GA (SERV) Department dt.3.10.1977 and subsequent Circular of the Government dt.28.12.2010 by relaxing the qualification required for the post of Junior Assistant and following the Circular dt.28.12.2010 issued by the Executive Officer of the TTD for denying the benefit of the Government G.O.mentioned supra is illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, discriminatory and violative of the Service Rules of the TTD and also declare that the petitioners are entitled for conditional appointments to the post of Junior Assistant at the time of their initial appointment itself on compassionate grounds as was done in the case of 3rd respondent herein and also entitled for their regularization and continuity of service along with all consequential benefits attached to the said post and 4 consequently direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioners as Junior Assistants in their respective Departments since inception and protect their seniority in the said cadre by releasing all consequential benefits attached to the said post from the date of their initial appointment on compassionate grounds and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dt.27.10.2018 of the petitioners for their appointment as Junior Assistants in their respective Departments since inception as was done in the case of 3rd respondent herein, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1.
