Case No. 02/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 128/2025, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 333/3(5), 103(1)/3(5), 238/3(5) & 61(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega. 3. On 15.01.2025, the informant and her children had gone to attend engagement ceremony at Samsera, Girijatoli. When she returned home, she found her husband Atul Ekka was lying on a cot drenched in pool of blood. F.I.R. was registered against unknown person. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that murder weapon was recovered on pointing out of this petitioner. 6.
