Case No. 242 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 329(4), 351(2), 109(1), 118(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur. 3. On 24.09.2024, at about 10:00 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have given a sword blow on the husband of the informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injury on his head. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter-case between the parties and the petitioner was also injured. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6.
