By the present application, the applicant is praying for rectifying the typographical mistake occurred in the 5th line of para 17 of the order dated 27.12.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 540 of 2022 wherein instead of correct date 08.07.2022, it is mentioned as “18.10.2022”. Learned senior counsel for respondent No. 3 submits by changing the date 18.10.2022 to correct date 08.07.2022, no cause occurred in the relief granted by this Court. Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents and Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. H. Malemleima, learned counsel for the writ petitioners, submit that this Court may pass an appropriate order in terms of the relief prayed for.
