Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 262 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109(1), 126(2), 127(2), 74, 303(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

On 28.08.2025 at about 4.30 pm, there was free fight between the accused persons and the informant party. Both the parties sustained injuries.

It was submitted that there is case and counter case with regard to the same occurrence. It was further submitted that the accused persons in the case filed by the petitioner have been granted bail.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 262 of 2025.
