The same has been issued at the instance of M/s Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd. in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. She has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/P/1. 4. The Ex.BG/P/1 is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Plaintiff shall keep the BG alive during the pendency of the present proceedings. The banker has submitted her signed statement for extended bank guarantee along with photocopy of her employee id card virtually.
