The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following relief(s):- “10.1 Hon’ble Court may be kind and gracious enough to call for the records of the case from the respondents. 10.2 Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant dependent appointment to the petitioner as per provisions of NCWA-XI or in the alternative. 10.3 Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate direction Digitally signed by MOHAMMED AADIL KHAN Date: 2025.09.15 12:31:00 +0530 2 to the respondent authorities to decide the representation filed by the petitioner in an objective manner by issuance of writ of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions. 10.4 Any other relief/relief’s which Hon’ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the father of the petitioner was employee of the respondent’s company who died in harness during his service period on 15-11-2023 and thereafter, the petitioner submitted his representation before respondent No.3 for compassionate appointment on 02-04-2024 which has not been decided till date. 3. Learned State counsel has opposed and submitted that the petitioner has not annexed all the relevant documents along with the petition. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the entire record pertaining to the service book, appointment order of father of the petitioner, application for grant of compassionate appointment and all other relevant documents which are in possession of the petitioner to the respondents- SECL. Thereafter, the respondents SECL shall decide the representation of the petitioner as per policy and circulars available with them within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the documents submitted by the petitioner.
