JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL JUDGMENT The appellant and respondent No.1 have filed the compromise petition before this Court under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC and both are present before the Court. 2. In terms of the compromise, respondent No.1 has paid an amount of Rs.6,25,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crores and Twenty Five Lakhs only) by way of two demand drafts in favour of the appellant as full and final settlement and the appellant has given up all his rights in respect of the suit schedule property having accepted the said amount. The demand drafts are handed over to the appellant before this Court and the same is acknowledged by the appellant. The original documents are also handed over by the appellant to respondent No.1 before the Court and respondent No.1 acknowledges the same. The appellant undertakes to withdraw the pending appeal in R.A.ANE/300/2022 pending before the Assistant Commissioner, Anekal, Bangalore Urban District and any other proceedings in respect of the suit schedule property.
