No. 88 of 2016, under Sections 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., P.S. Mehnagar, District Azamgarh, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 12.12.2016, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Court No. 13, Azamgarh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
