1. Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Kesharwani and Ms. Shrijita Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Purnima Singh, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents. ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA Digitally signed by ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA

2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs :-
“10.1. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records of the matter in hand.
10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the impugned tender cancellation letter dt. 04/07/2025 (Annexure P/1).
10.3. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to order release the amount of Rs. 4,24,000/-along with EMD (Rs.24,000/-), SD (Rs.20,000/-) and PSD (Rs.38,500/-) as well as previous year EMD, SD and PSD amounting Rs. 1,69,000/-@12% interest p.a.
10.4. Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems f looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted to the petitioners.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the agreement, the mechanism provided for redressal of the dispute between the parties and the petitioner had already approached the Commissioner for redressal of his grievance and the same is stated to be pending.
4. The Commissioner / respondent No.1 is directed to expedite the proceedings, if not already decided, decide the same within a period of six weeks from today.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition stands
