ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…issue writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents on representation/compliant filed on 15-09-2018 of illegal and unlawful encroachment of assigned land of allotted under ex-serviceman quota situated in Sy.No.298/A of Irlapadu Village, Nadedla Mandal, Guntur District by unsocial elements and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass..”
2. None appeared for the petitioner, though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. There was no representation for the petitioner today, as well as on the previous adjournments.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
