The Tender Notification is for Solid Waste Handing, Street Sweeping, Litter Collection, Drains cleaning etc., for a period of 3 years. 3. This Court on 18.12.2017 had passed an interim order granting status quo till 20.12.2017. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not appear to survive for adjudication. 5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
