By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning order of transfer by which the petitioner has been transferred from Veterinary hospital, Sarangaon, District-Raipur to Veterinary Services, Katgodi, District Korea (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed by the respondent/State ignoring the fact that the petitioner has already worked in the scheduled area for a period of 3 years and impugned transfer order is contrary to the circular of the State Government dated 03.06.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s wife is also working as a laboratory technician at Krishi Mahavidyalaya, Raipur and on the event of the petitioner the family of the petitioner will be de- stablized. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that to redress the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State, a committee has been constituted on 03.03.2025 and if the petitioner will approach the committee, said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the circular and 3 grievance if any raised by the petitioner, the same shall be redressed within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the pleadings of the petitioner. 5. Looking to the submission made by the petitioner that the transfer order has been passed contrary to the circular 2015 as well as the personal grievance is there to challenge the transfer order of the State Government. The petitioner is directed to approach the Committee constituted by the State Government and submit a representation within a period of 10 days. If the petitioner will file any such representation before the committee, the committee is directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with the policy of the State Government by considering the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 20 days. The interim order dated 20.01.2025 shall remain operative till then. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the committee about the order passed by this Court. 6.
