On asking her, she has stated that she is staying with her parents just after performing the marriage with the petitioner and does not want to stay with him. She is willing to stay with her parents only and has not been illegally detained by them. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition at this stage. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
