ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash her transfer order dated 01.06.2024 vide Annexure 'E' passed by the 1st respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has submitted an application for grant of maternity leave and that the respondents have considered the application for sanction of maternity leave vide order dated 04.10.2025. As the respondents have already sanctioned the maternity leave to the petitioner, the learned counsel submits that, in view of the same, nothing survives for
consideration in this writ petition and the writ petition may be disposed of accordingly.

4. As the respondents have already considered the application and sanctioned the maternity leave to

the petitioner, in view of the same, nothing survives further for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
5. In view of dismissal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications do not survive for
consideration and are accordingly disposed of.
