Issue an order or direction or writ in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the notice No.OR/E-Auction/133/2025-26 dated 10.10.2025 passed by the respondent marked at Annexure-V, in so far as petitioners are concerned. b. Issue any order or order as deems fit and proper, including the cost of the proceedings.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondent/bank on instructions submits that on the date of auction as no bidders turned up, the auction could not be conducted. 3. The relief that is sought by the petitioners is only with regard to the notice dated 10.10.2025. As the auction was not conducted, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
