The challenge in the present petition is the order dated 21.09.2023 passed by the respondent No. 2 transferring the services of the petitioner, who is working as Panchayat Secretary and posted at Gram Panchayat, Putsura, has been transferred to Gram Panchayat, Jarhadih. By the order dated 17.10.2023, passed in the present petition, the impugned order dated 21.09.2023 with respect to the present petitioner has been stayed by this Court. 2. Now, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition and willing to comply with the order dated 21.09.2023 or any subsequent order, if it will be passed transferring the services of the petitioner as per the administrative exigency. 3.
