When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2018 on the file of XV Additional District Judge at Nuzvidu was referred to Lok-Adalat and the same was compromised between the parties and an award was also passed to that effect on 24.04.2019. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
