This petition is directed against the notices issued by the Executive Engineer, PWD, Firozabad, whereby petitioners' premises was proposed to be demolished. 2. Learned State Counsel states that impugned notices have already been withdrawn by the authorities. 3. Once the authorities have taken a decision to withdraw the impugned notices, no cause of action survives. Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records. 4.
