1. Mr. Bharat Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that there has been a material change in circumstances insofar as the compromise between the parties is concerned.
2. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition on the basis of the settlement now entered into, at the appropriate stage.
3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
