Case No. 88 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Ms. Ruby, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih. 3. On 11.11.2023, the eighteen years old daughter of the informant was found hanging in semiconstructed house. It is alleged that the petitioner was having affairs with the deceased. It is also alleged that he might have committed the murder of the deceased. 4. After investigation, the police submitted charge-sheet for the offence under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. It further appears that the parties were having affairs and due to some dispute, the deceased had committed suicide. 5. Mr. Rajendra Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the deceased had committed suicide because her parents were not ready to get her married to the petitioner. 6. Mr. Anish Lal, learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Ruby, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih, or her successor, in connection with Tisri P.S.
