The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.204/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/109(1)/351(3)/352/75(2)/74/3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C. XVI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was only present at ODR restaurant and the alleged occurrence in terms of the FIR, has taken place in Mehta restaurant and the allegation is there against one Sumit Singh. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it appears that the main allegation is there against Sumit Singh and it has been pointed out that the petitioner was present at ODR restaurant and the occurrence has taken place at Mehta restaurant. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C. XVI, Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.204/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
