Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the Writ Petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.131 of 2018 on the file of Yerpedu Police Station, Chittoor District. During pendency of the Writ Petition, Police have concluded the investigation and laid charge sheet vide C.C.No.5 of 2019 before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Srikalahasti and the same is pending for trial. 3. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, Sri V.Jagapati, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to initiate necessary proceedings, in 4 accordance with law, for quashing of the proceedings pending before the learned Magistrate.
