Issue an order, direction, or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to approve the admissions of Petitioners No. 1 to 3 without any discrimination. b. Issue an order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to permit the students Petitioner to appear for Examination of 1st Year GNM (Nursing) Course. c. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent No.2-Board submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondent No.2-Board shall consider the said application filed by the petitioners at Annexure-D dated 21.01.2025 and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. 4.
