Learned counsel representing D.V.Chalapathi Rao, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petition was filed, as police did not complete investigation in Crime No.42 of 2017 of Arundelpet Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District. Subsequently, the police completed investigation, and laid charge sheet before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
