1. In the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.10.2021 passed by the learned Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Patthalgaon, District jashpur, passed in Claim Case No. 21/2021.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Claim Case No. 21/2021 has already been dismissed by the learned Tribunal vide order dated
15.12.2021.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that Claim Case No. 21/2021 has already been dismissed, this petition has become infructuous.
