P.C. : In this writ petition, the petitioner has made a grievance against inaction on the part of the Education Officer who did not take a decision on the proposals dated 25th July 2023, 27th December 2024 and 26th March 2025. 2. Mr. P.P. Kakade, the learned State counsel tendering a copy of the order dated 23rd February 2024/5th March 2024 submits that now since the Education Officer (Secondary) has passed a reasoned order on 5th March 2024, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. The copy of the letter dated 23rd February 2024/5th March 2024 is tendered in the Court which is taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid decision taken by the Education Officer (Secondary), this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23rd February 2024/5th March 2024, if so advised.
