T VENUGOPAL SC FOR ENDOWMENTS 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 14-06-2018 in extending the benefit of Minimum Time Scale to the petitioner as per 2015 PRC is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to pay the minimum time scale to the post of Assistant Engineer and pass .....” 2. Learned Standing Counsel for Endowments appearing for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 24.12.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018, respondent authorities have implemented the minimum tile scale to the Petitioner and placed on record the Proceedings dated 28.03.2020 issued by respondent No.2 in this regard. Hence, submits that no further orders are necessary. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, the Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4.
