The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 498(A), 376(D), 109, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 66E, 67 of the I.T. Act. 3. As per prosecution case, on 19.05.2024 in between 10 AM to 11 AM, this petitioner and other co-accused persons, named in the F.I.R., entered the room of informant and on instigation of co-accused Vivekanand Kushwaha, all of them made her nude, captured her picture and when she resisted, all of them, including petitioner, committed rape and made video of the same.
