JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDER 08.09.2025 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after having gone through the statement of facts/objections filed by the respondents, submits that since the respondents have withdrawn the posts and are not conducting the interview, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. However, he further submits that in case the interview with respect to the posts in question is conducted in future, the grievance of the petitioner may also be considered. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that she has no objections to the said submission. In view of the submissions made hereinabove, coupled with the submissions made at the bar, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. It is made clear, that in case the interview with regard to the aforesaid posts is conducted in future, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make appropriate application/motion, which shall be considered by the respondents strictly in accordance with law.
