Case No. 96/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Garhwa. On 20.09.2024 at about 7:30 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant by lathi, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Manjhiaon P.S.
