This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the respondents in opening and continuing rowdy/suspected/history sheet against the petitioner in O.D.Chervue Police Station, OD Chervue, Anantapur District as illegal, arbitrary and violative Df Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also ultra virus the A.P. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the relief in the present petition has become infructuous in the light of the proceedings issued by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer dated 13.12.2024 closing the suspect sheet.
3. Sri P. Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since the relief has become infructuous. No order as to costs.
