This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Contract Residential Teacher in Hindi subject in Kasthuribha Gandhi Balika Vidhyalaya (KGBV) in Kadapa district vide proceedings in

Rc.No.1386/A6/KGBV/SSA/2014 dated 08-11-2018 issued by the 4th respondent as being arbitrary, illegal, unjust, discriminatory and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled for appointment to the post of Contract Residential Teacher in Hindi subject in Kasthuribha Gandhi Balika Vidhyalaya (KGBV) in Kadapa district basing on her merit with all consequential benefits.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2 would submit that during pendency of the present writ petition, Ms.M.Shajida was appointed in the said post and hence, no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Sri A.Phani Bhushan, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
