It is submitted that the offences alleged are otherwise triable by Magistrate and the petitioner is behind the bars since

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed this bail application. 4. Considered the submissions made at Bar. 5. Looking to the fact that the offences alleged against the petitioner are triable by Magistrate and there are no criminal antecedents of the petitioner and the allegations against the petitioner emerged on account of keeping a mobile, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, this Bail Application is hereby allowed.
