SP has marked appearance before the Court and has submitted that the petitioners are not co-operating in the investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioners have assured to voluntarily appear before the concerned authority on 14.07.2025 at 11:00 am. In the facts and circumstances this Court without interfering in the instant matter, directs that order dated 14.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with a condition that the petitioners will mark their presence in the office of Investigating Authority on 14.07.2025 at 11:00 am and Investigating Authority is directed to conduct the investigation and submit outcome of the investigation, in accordance with law.
