The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to grant the benefit of pay fixation and seniority to the petitioners as per their merit determined by the recruiting agency from 03.11.2016. 2. Learned counsel submits that the similar benefit has been granted to the employees vide order dated 04.09.2024, Anneuxure P-6. In this regard, a legal notice dated 23.12.2024, Annexure P-7, has been served upon respondents, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.
