The Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pathrol P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024, for the offences registered under section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur. 3. On 17.11.2024 at about 9.15 P.M., Informant was waylaid by two persons near Khamarbad Tank. The accused persons looted Rs. 8,600/- in cash, ATM Cards and other documents. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur in connection with Pathrol P.S.
