The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1667 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned J.M.-XIII, Ranchi. During the intervening period of 10/11.03.2025, motorcycle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by unknown persons. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, stolen motorcycle was recovered. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is accused in as many as 9 cases of similar nature.
