This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries of the petitioner from 01.04.2016 to 28.01.2018 as being arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violative of Article 14, 16, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India besides being contrary to the Judgment of the Honble Apex Court in C.A. No. 010776-010780 of 2017 (Dairy No 23701 of 2017) dated 09.08.2017 Judgment of Honble High Court in W.P.No 21304 of 2017 dated 03.04.2018 and the Judgment of Honble High Court in W.A.No.995 of 2018 dated 01.08.2018 and consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled for the salaries for the period from 01.04.2016 to 28.01.2018 with an interest of 18 percent per annum with all consequential benefits and to pass…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.Phani Bhuhan, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the instructions of the Petitioner, they intend to withdraw the petition. Learned counsel would further submit that they have addressed a letter to Registry dated 25.06.2025 to that effect.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents is in attendance.
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to Costs.
