Issue a direction of the Hon'ble II Additional Principal Family Judge Court, Bengaluru, to dispose of the pending proceedings in G and WC No.131/2018 at Annexure-A filed under the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, within a fixed time frame, preferably within three (3) months in the interest of justice. b. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem just fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The respondent herein has filed G and WC No.131/2018 on the file of the II Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Bengaluru. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the petition is pending from the last 7 years, there may be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter. 4.
